1.2 Information Collected Directly from Merchants: we collect contact details required for communication. We also generate automated logs related to their use of our App to ensure the proper functioning of our services.
1.3 Information Collected Directly from Merchants’ Customers We may drop cookies or use other tracking technologies on customers’ devices to gather information such as device type, time zone, and generic data. This information helps us tailor the content generation process.
2. Use of Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Providing the services offered by the App to merchants and their customers.
- Enhancing the functionality and user experience of the App.
- Contacting users with promotional and transactional information.
- Improving our services and developing new features.
3. Data Retention
We retain the collected data as long as users maintain an active account. If a user deletes their account, we keep their data for 90 days and permanently remove it from our systems.

5. AI Usage & Third-Party Sharing
Our application leverages advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance user experience and functionality. Specifically, we utilize leading Language Learning Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI’s GPT, Anthropic’s Claude, and Google’s Gemini for natural language processing tasks. For image and video generation and processing, we employ Stability’s Stable Diffusion and Stable Video Diffusion models, OpenAI’s DALL-E, and OpenAI’s Sora. These AI models help us to deliver personalized content and interactive features. Our application, Contentify, uses YouTube API Services to enhance your experience and provide you with relevant content and features. By using Contentify, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Once access is revoked, Contentify will no longer be able to access or process your data via YouTube API Services.
Data Deletion Process
If you choose to revoke access or request the deletion of your data, Contentify will follow the procedures outlined below:

User-Initiated Deletion: You can request the deletion of your data stored by Contentify by contacting our support team at [support email]. Once your request is received, we will delete your data from our systems within 30 days and confirm the deletion with you.

Automatic Deletion upon Revocation: If you revoke access to your data via the Google security settings page, Contentify will automatically delete any stored data associated with your account within 30 days.
We ensure that your data is handled in compliance with applicable laws and best practices for privacy and data security.
6. Automated Decisions and Profiling
Our content generation process is automated. However, users have control over whether the generated content is automatically published.
7. User Rights and Choices
Users have the right to request the deletion of their data. We provide a soft delete option upon request, and after the 90-day retention period, the data is permanently removed.
8. Limited Use Policy
Contentify AI is committed to protecting your privacy and data. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The App does not have age restrictions but is intended for general audiences and not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
